I received a letter in the mail that this dealership could finance anyone.
Well little did I know it was with Prestige I purchased a 1999 Saturn @ 27% I was so glad to have a new car I told myself to just deal with it.
They are the rudest people ever. They called my work, my referals in different states and my home over and over when I was on vacation and was 2 days late.
Then because I do money orders they applied it to the wrong account and called me for 30 days I kept advising them I have not been late more than 2 days in 8 months and to cut me some slack.
I need this car I'll make the payment. Laurel called 2 and 3 times a day. Stressing out my elderly parents in a whole different state, who had nothing to do with the purchase of this car. I just wish I could refinance with a company with some customer service..
