I took my Ford Taurus to Firestone to get my tires rotated and balanced. As soon as I told Steve (store manager) what I was there for, he immediately tried to get me to buy a life-time rotate and balance for $60, I replied no and asked him if they would honor the $19.99 internet coupon. He said internet... Oh! So I left the car, got a call about an hour later stating that my wheel cylinders had busted and brake fluid was gushing out and i needed to have them repaired immediately. He also stated that i needed drums and windshield wipers being that it was getting ready to rain. I told them that i would take it to the dealer being that it was under warranty. I got out paying $22. The dealer called me and told me that there was nothing wrong with my car. They were trying to get over $800 out of me for a $20 rotate and balance. I called Steve and told him what the dealer said, he said we didn't actually say that it was brake fluid we just said that it was wet... What a crock of bull. I will never utilize their services again... Never.
