I purchased 4 brand new tires from Firestone with a warranty as well as a life time alingment w/tire rotating and balancing, in 2009.
In the beginning Firestone would contact me to tell me it's time to have my tires checked. After about a year I noticed I was not receiving any more notifications from Firestone. I contacted Firestone and spoke with they manager Jason Shearer as well as their complaint department and they both stated they have never had a policy like this. I told them I have proof and they refused to acknowledge my proof from Firestone.
