I purchased all four new tires, the lifetime brake and allignment with firestone, everytime I took my car to them to get brake and alignment done, they always said that something else wrong with the wheel area. A few days ago I took it in, they said that my rotor has to be changed even though I had that done.in order to fix it, they said that I had to spend another $525. They said that the brake needs to be changed, the caliper needs to be changed too. I also just got alignment, but two of my wheels are also need to be replaced too. What the heck? I spent over $2460 and all I got was basically nothing. That's how they fooled me. No more would I take my car to Shitty Car care FIRESTONE. Dopt Take your cars there. They will always do something to get your money.
