Chad hollcroft for breach of contact regarding a 67 mustang that was being refurished hollcroft collision repair. This automible has been in his possession since feb. He started working on the car sept. The mustang is now sitting inchad hoffcroft shop without the engine and tires. The car was in good condition and running when he recieved it. Each time i talked to chad hollcroft he gave me the following excuses for not finishing the car. 1) his father died. 2) stepmother sick 3) a man quit working for him. 4) he had to clean up his yard at home, city made him. 5) his house burnth down. 6) he had to clean up his shop, the city made him. 7) may he had to sell a car to finish the job. 8) there was lots of excuses.
I have made numerous attempts to settle this matter with chad hollcroft. I have given him 30,000. To do the job. I moved to west palm beach fl. May and he promised he would finish the car that fall. Still more excuses. The mustang belongs to alfredo estrado from monterrrey mx. We showed up at his shop april the engine was gone and no tires which i gave him 3000. To buy he told me several times he had. Alfredo talked to him and he begged to finish the car one more chance to finish the car. Chad hollcroft said he would send emails and pictures. He had 60 days to finish the car.
After 30 days he quit answering the phone. Please be remined that chad hollcroft had the mustang for 3 years this sept. The original agreement was to have the mustang refurbished by nov. 2006 at the cost of around 35,000. Thank you i have filed with the bbb.
