Watch out for Chad Carlsen, he is a complete scam artist.

Chad Carlsen operates like this, he will WOW you with his seemingly profound knowledge, he has a fantastic memory for numbers and nomenclature, but it is all a smoke screen. Then, Chad Carlsen of Sobe Geeks and Shatter Marketing, will give his victims a good deal on price. You will think you are getting a real bargain.

Then Chad Carlsen will take half the money upfront, do little to no work, and then give his victim a choice, I will finish it for the other half of the payment. He has a great line, "It can't be finished till it is uploaded to your server." or something diabolical like that. Then Chad Carlsen of Sobe Geeks and Shatter Marketing will deliberately break your website so that you will give him more money, blaming it on someone else.

He is full of excuses as to why he never finishes anything.
