Company charged me for a part that was not replaced. Ripoff

The Service Dept charged me for a new Wheel-Hub Assembly that was not replaced.
The Service Dept only replaced the sensor wire connected to the wheel-hub which is like a $300 difference in price not including the labor. (And please note that the sensor wire had previously been changed twice prior to this incident. Selling faulty parts gives reason to question as well.)

The original wheel-hub already on my vehicle was new and under full warranty from another store. I just had it put on and this is why I specifically requested that it be returned to me so I could return it for a full refund if it had to be replaced.

The Service Dept claims the original hub was thrown out an can only give me the sensor wire, when in fact it was never changed to begin with, and is refusing to reimburse me for the loss on the original warranty part that I have a receipt for and the box it came.

I'm outraged and this is not quality service they claim they provide and it raises the question as to just how many other customers they rip off in the same manner.
