Bought new a 1995 Chevrolet C-K pickup (diesel). Have had constant problems with the fuel injection pump and they have replaced 3 while still under warranty. This pump is still under warranty and had it replaced at another Chevrolet dealership and Bill Heard service dept. Says it is not under warranty and it would cost over $1600.00 to replace it.
We've called them twice and got the same answer. Also when there was a recall on the seat recliner, they did repairs that we didn't know about and charged us $194.73 on Dec. 01 plus we had to pay for a rental vehicle for 3 days.
We've lost time from work over the fuel injection pump and have friends who are also having problems with Bill Heard Chevrolet in Nashville TN. With their service dept. They're just ripping people OFF.
