Had my van work on at this place, for a recall matter on my front wheel bearing, about four months ago. Everything was fine up until now. I was driving home from work when my ABS light appeared on in my van. Turned around and took it to SEARS Auto Center to have it checked out, because I thought it could have come from them just putting new brakes on it, but found out from their inspection, that it was the sensor in my bearing. Called TYSON today and after aruging with one of their customers service rep, i then asked to speak to the manager, whom name was Dave. He then told me to bring my van in today, instead of next Tuesday. So i took the van and when i got there, they inspected the van and found out that it was the sensor. But the trip out part is that they want to charge me $275.00 to fix it. But i found out, that if they replaced the bearing, then the sensor would have been new too, because it come as a kit instead of just the bearings, so therefore, why wasn't the sensor put on there too, You can't do one without the other. So now they are trying to charge me for something that come as a kit, not separate. So therefore, they are trying to rip me off for a part that they shold have replaced in the first place. This matter sould be resolved in a better manner, because i just don't have $275.00 laying around in my house. Also I don't think they even realize that i was going to check out this matter.By the way, my van is a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan SE in good condition except these wheel bearings problem. Need help on this problem, not sholving out more money for a problem that was not my fault.
