No service took my money no show

I called for emergency service for wall oven on 6/26 they came i had to prepay for a sensor for the oven. Service fee was 125 cash only. Did not have the part returned in a week and replaced but oven did not work with new sensor. They have made multiple appointments with me but no show no call I have to call every time after the set time has passed with no resolution. Am told that their priority is air conditioning right now. Technician came only once since 6/16 and states i need yet another part i asked them to track where the original part isshave asked why the sensor is not working I prepaid in advance 471.74 for the sensor next BBB, consumer affairs and atty general. They will not disclose their mailing address to me stating is private. They are not fullfilling their obligations as a service, are not at all reliable or courteous in dealing with the public. I have asked for my 471.74 back since the new sensor was misdiagnosed and have informed them that i will not incur new charges for another part. They consistently make appointments with me and never call or show. I have been more than patient with this matter. After today will take action...
