EAP Auto Parts Eurasian Foreign Auto Parts Chraged my credit card, did not deliver any parts, will not take my calls! SCAM Ripoff

Hello, I want to start by saying i did an online parts locator request, and that's where EAP (Eurasian foreign auto parts) popped up. I did some shopping, and called EAP, talked to Mike. He seemed courteous, and said he had a good used transmission with a 6 month warranty for $450.00 which included shipping. He said the shipping was 4-5 days. I paid him over the phone with my VISA card and asked him to send me a tracking number as soon as it was shipped. After the 4th day, I called to get my tracking number cause he hadn't contacted me. Mike (the owner) said the guy that handles the tracking numbers had gone home and he would call me as soon as he got hold of him. 3 days later, I called again, Mike said my trans was shipped out but still did not offer me a tracking number. Finally after the second week with no trans and no tracking number, I got hold of Mike (who always seems to be "in the yard" when you call). He told me he was looking up my transmission location as we spoke. After a few minutes, he told me that Fed Ex confirmed that they dropped my transmission off at a location near my home, but it was not my address. He actually gave me a woman's name and her address where it was dropped off, and I wrote it down. I asked him for the tracking number and he immediately said that his computer "just crashed" and he would call me right back. I drove to the address near my home to see if there was a trans sitting there. The guy at the house said that nothing came there and that the woman's name that was given to me was his mother, who hadn't lived there in over 2 years. I called EAP at least 40 times, with no answers. I finally got hold of Mike again by calling him on one line with my cell phone and calling from my desk phone simultaneously. He told me that the guy that has access to all his tracking numbers got fired about 10 days ago and there's no way to go online and get my tracking number until morning. I called Fed Ex and found that you can track a package without a tracking number, just by giving them a "ship to address" or a "ship from" address. Not surprisingly, no shipments whatsoever left EAP for ANY part of michigan in the last 3 weeks. I called the Douglass county sheriff immediately, who said "EAP?" as soon as I told him that an auto parts store ripped me off. I was told to file a report here in michigan, and the police would contact them. I went to my bank today, filed a credit card fraud investigation report, and filed a report with the Michigan State Police department. I will update any progress on this website. As for now, I have to scrounge up another 500 dollars and get a transmission. I looked on the BBB for the denver area and it's shocking to see all the reports on this business. I have no idea how this guy isn't behind bars. Do not deal with this company!!!
