Ripoff. Lied about product availability and shipment. Wont return calls and puts my calls on terminal hold

This guy is an auto recycler (AKA Junk Yard).

Owner Mike told me the part was in stock and that he wanted to "eyeball it" before confirming availability. When I called back he said he had verifed it and could ship that day.

I ordered the $400 part and called the next day to get ship tracking numbers. He said it shipped but could not find the numbers. I have been calling for 10 days to get the ship verification (as if I really believed it shipped? It would have been here in 3 days).

They won't return calls, put my calls on hold and never pickup, can't provide ship info and REFUSE TO GIVE CREDIT CARD REFUND. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you really don't want to see your car parts arrive and get your car repaired.
