In the last 3 years, Better Business Bureau filed 67 complains under the same pattern.
After they cash my money, they didn't answer my phone calls or voice messages and my transmission never came.

Some weeks ago, I order through their website, a used transmission for my car. At first, I got prompt and cordial responses from Mike Reimann (President of the corporation according BBB) until I paid $700.00 for the part I needed.

In a very smart move, Mike Reimann push me to do the transaction fast making me believe the part would be shipped that morning. At that momment, I had one week commuting and moving around two cities in bicycle and bus; saving and borrowing money and searching for a good deal for a used transmission.

I carefully check their Website for any red flag, it looks professional tailored with excellent tools to find the right part with just my VIN number; I search their address in (satellite photos) and I could see a wrecking yard of 1 x of a mile; huge yard and I though it was the answer of Why I'm saving $600.00 with this transaction. It was Monday and I though; by Friday I could be driving my car again.

We closed the deal late afternoon with Mike telling me will call next morning to give me shipping details and tracking number. Next day, another busy day at work went by and due to hourly differences it was to late for me to call.

The following day I left a couple of messages, the next; Thursday, I left a message saying will stop payment of my credit card if I wouldn't get an answer by Friday noon; I lost my last change to avoid this; Mike called me asking not to do so, apologizing saying for sure I would received, not later than Tuesday. After that Tuesday it is the same story I have found here THE consumer complaints, the Better Business Bureau with 67 complains in the last 3 years; with possible older history of crime, they have been in business since 1971.

I ask to my self and invite you to think about it; How they are still in business with 67 denounces in 3 years and who knows how many more before that, involving FBI local police and BBB? How these men are not in jail? And worst still ripping off people in the same way? I beg for your help to at least, put these people out of business.

At this moment, September 22 weeks later, my car in the shop waits for the transmission and I paying money I had to borrow, then will save to repair it. Check the Colorado Better Business Bureau; in the past 3 years they have 67 complaints.
