EAP sent me an email stating they had a part I needed for my BMW (sunvisor) and that they could have it to me in 2 days and it would cost $45.00. Well I placed the order over the phone on July 16th and no response, packge or order came from them. I called and emailed after the first week they said they had a computer outage of some sort and the part would be shipped the next day. Well in my email I asked for a receipt and a tracking number that did not happen in fact they have not contacted me since I placed the order. I keep calling still and every once in a while a guy answers who says he is a delivery person and can I hold the phone on their end never to be picked up again.
