EAP ripoff Promised a Distributor but never got it

I was inquiring about a used auto part for my 1990 Honda Civic through a used salvage auto parts directory. This is an website where a person can receive numerous responses and quotes on various auto parts. I received an response from EuroAsian Auto Parts via email on November 9th.

I sent an response back inquiring if my part which was an used distributor would include the cap and rotor. The respondent stated yes with a six month warranty with a final price including $90 dollars.

I called the office on Monday (november 13) and spoke with an Mike. Since I received such prompt and courteous responses via email I thought i could trust the company. I proved Mike with my credit card information and was promised a confirmation and tracking number which will be emailed to me the following day. I never received an email and i am still waiting for an response or my part which is seven days now. I was promised the part within four days. I have made several attempts to contact the company for my part but with no success.

I am prgnant woman and would like to understand how this company is still in business after during some research
