My 7 Month old $25,000 Honda Goldwing went into the shop over 5 months ago for a transmission problem. Triple L Honda-Suzuki assured me it was covered by warranty and that they would do the repair. All part in and ready to reassemble 3 months ago, and its still unfinished with no clear answer why.
Service manager (Ralph Henning) gives excuses about short on help since he is the one doing the repair he has no time to work on my bike because he is too busy. Store manager (Michael Corbett) is very apoligetic but has no idea when i will be able to pick the motorcycle up.
I called Honda Customer service line and was taken care of by a very polite gentelmen named John. He assured me he was going to get to the ottom of the problem.
