Honda Motorcycle HQ is not honoring the Warrantee

Note! I do not have a problem with my Dealer. My problem is with Honda Motorcyce HQ. I have a 2008 VTX 1300T
I have a loud Knocking in the front part of the engine. The service manager agrees that it is load and definitely a problem in the engine. The region tech told him to replace a gear in the transmission. The service manager did. Honda HQ and the area tech then said thats all they can do for me. The service manager was upset having to tell me this. I opened an complaint with Honda's Customer Service department. PLEASE! They made out the report, in a couple of days they got back to me and said the same thing the tech had said. But added, If i wanted to pay the service department to strip down the engine and try to find the problem I could. If they find a defective part Honda will pay for the part and the labor for replacing the part only.

How to FIX your problem 101.
GO to http://www.carlemon.com / or look up lemon law for your state. They have a form you can fill out. A Lawyer will call you the next day and let you know if you have a case or not. Make sure you read the LAW for your state.
This LAW also applies to a used bike with low miles as long as the warrantee was transfered into your name. As long as you have had the bike into the shop at least three times for the same problem.

I was told by a service rep. That for the last few years Honda has been doing this a lot. They hope you give up and life with the problem.
