Customers sue biggest rip off dealership in VA, selllng defective cars to public, failing and refusing to take lemon back

On or about January 17, I saw a beautiful car I wanted to buy for my girlfriend. It was a 2006 Pontiac G6. I looked at it and it appeared to be in good condition. However, when I made inquiries about it, the dealership never told me that the car had been in 2 auto accidents and 1 was a rollover accident, where there was permanent damage to the car, and the paint, to a novice, did not look bad. Except, to a specialist in body work and paint, the entire car has been redone, front end damage keeps the hood from fitting perfectly; and, the steering and balancing will not ever be the same, new, again.

The dealer knew all about this/these defects, but did not disclose it to me, as the State and Federal laws required it to be done. Too, I pulled a car fax because Williamsburg Ford did not allow me to get the VIN until after I bought it. I pulled a car fax and found that the car was damaged by 2 accidents by an old man who should not have been driving, with both accidents happening within several months of each other in 2006.

Williamsburg Ford got the car and knew aobut these serious defects when I was told in or about March, that Williamsburg regularly pulls a CARFAX, but the sales manager knew of both accidents, telling me that he only saw 1 acc. On the report. I then knew that Williamsburg Ford, per Consumer Protection of the States' Attorney Generals' Office knew.

Likewise, I was then directed by my attorney to return the car, revoking the contract on the basis of Fraud, Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, VA Lemon Law, and FTC's mini-FTC under the Unfair Trade and Deceptive Business Practices Act, Sec. 5 of FTC., and Virginia's Consumer Protection Act for deception, Common Law Fraud and Fraud by the Inducement, Merchantability and WArranties for Fitness for a Particular Purpose. Williamsburg Ford is a criminal organization that is going unregulated and its managers are condoning the ongoing criminal activities.

Currently, the dealership has cost me more than $38,500 in time-lost, fees, costs and other attorney fees of more than $3,500. Many State Courts have recently ruled against these criminal practices of auto dealers, like Williamsburg Ford.

The worst and outrageous acts concern Ford Motor Company's own failures and refusals to take any immediate action against these types of dealers, where Ford, as do many other Manufacturers, continue to fail to totally regulate any and all of their dealers' criminal actions, much like these million dollar athletes who can do all sorts of criminal acts and their leagues ignore it and continue to pay them millions for their criminal acts, like Michael Vick and Barry Bonds, among thousands of others.

Accordingly, we want a class-action to do what our Government is not doing to protect all consumers, nationwide, against extremely bad business practices, for the sake of more money.

Please report these/this bad dealership and DON'T TAKE IT; DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT!!!
