IF there is anyone out there who would like to be a part of a class action law suit against Capital One Auto Finance please email me with your story. I believe it is time to stop complaining and start hitting them where they hurt.in the bank account. Capital One representatives act as if there are no regulations for their actions. That they can violate your privacy and not have any consequences. I for one am sick of them. I am tired of rude people who wont even let you explan or try to sort your account out. They just act as if they are right and couldn't possibly have made a mistake.
Well the joke is on them. Guess what I went to my bank yesterday and they told me to let you keep the car and go pick out another one. HA, Ha, Ha, Ha. Oh and they wont screw up my loan. My title with not take 5 months to get to me. I wont have to deal with rude people who look at a computer and do have all the information, cuz someone in a different department can only access that information. Too funny.
