Complaint / review text:
I have Contact Capital One Auto Finance for my loan on my truck, this morning a payment came out of my bank account with out my knowledge. I call them and they said I asked for that to happen. I told them I would never ask them to do that and they claim they can not reverse the transaction. My bank said I have to put in a fraud claim. This put my bank account in a negative balance plus charges on top of that. How can any company do that to my account.
