Complaint:

I bought a 1996 Honda Civic this past year. I'd an AC gear changed about the vehicle in June. The shop-owner at Hydranics desired to examine the remainder of the automobile for almost any additional possible issues. They explained that upon examination, the time gear "was shot" and must be changed the moment possible. Once they named to inform me the vehicle was completed, they indicated again the time gear was worn-out and really should be changed instantly or I really could hit the motor. Simply because they mentioned therefore undoubtedly that I had been at high-risk, I offered them the agreement to displace the gear. Per week later I came across outdated support documents showing the gear have been changed in June by Ford of Lisle. The Company Dept. At Ford explained that it'd be difficult for that gear to get been worn-out, whilst the devices are advantageous to 100,000 miles. While asking who owns Hydranics Driveline, they truly became really defensive, retracted their unique claims in my experience, and essentially lied to my encounter about our discussion. They refused informing me the gear "was shot". They stated they purely pass the usage about the automobile. Since I have told them at that time of support that I'd no documents or memorial of the final period the time gear was changed, they thought secure to demand that my gear was worn-out. They're currently trying to state that they purely went upon the usage about the automobile, not the used gear. This really is a complete rest concerning our discussions. Personally I think that I had been intentionally cheated simply because they sensed I'd no support documents to show otherwise. Since I had been ready to create the documents, they've become excessively defensive. And, obviously, they put out the previous gear which may have demonstrated they intentionally cheated me. At virtually no time did they suggest that the main reason they desired to alter the gear was because of usage about the automobile. During our discussions, the health of the gear was the problem, never the usage.

Thus, they cheated me out-of $460.22 for needless repairs using scare tactics.
