We purchased a 2005 Kia Sedona on May 14th from Grand Pontiac. This has been the worst transaction we have ever been a part of. Immediately after signing the paperwork they began jerking us around. When they gave us the keys or should I say key to drive the vehicle home, there was only one key and it was a copy, not a manufacture key. It also did not have the keyless entry remote. We asked our sales person about the keys and he gave us some story about they were in a diffrent location and they would find them and call us when we could pick them up. We received many calls but none to get the keys.
The phone calls we received were to come in and resign the contract. We had to resign the contract three times for a total of four contracts between May 14th and June 13th. We were told originally that our trade would be taken care of before the grace period for the May payment, which was May 29th. As of June 20th our trade in had not been paid off and we received a 30 day late payment on our credit report. When we confronted the dealership about disatisfaction with the deal, they became hostile, rude, and degrading. We spoke to the finance manager, and the owner of Grand Pontiac, Mike Naylon, who blamed us for the situation because of our credit. It was definetly a different tune then they sang when were spending $16,000 at their dealership. Mike Naylon proceeded to be rude and derogatory toward my husband. He refused to listen to our complaints and did not offer an apology or any possible solution.
As of today June 21st my trade is has not been paid off. Today has been 37 days since the orgin of this purchase. This has been a nightmare! I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership and I want to let everyone that I can this place is a rip off with poor customer service.
