My sudo mother bought a 2003 saturn from this car lot. First off this guy tells her this car has never been hit and it only had one oner. Lie!!! It was a auction car. It was beat to h*l (we ran a carfax report) So my mom pays for the extended warranty thru the warranty company C.A.R.S. It cost $299. For 3 months. She paid the dealer directly. Well to make a long story short three weeks after the car was purchased the transmission went out. Mike the owner of the dealership kept the $299. And never sent in the warranty paperwork or funds. Now he refuses to do anything about it and replies to me "too bad its out of warranty date"
