I contacted Automobileship to ship my car from Florida to New Mexico in May. Mary Johngale was my contact person and promised my car would be picked up on a certain date and delivered.
I called several times to confirm my pick up after signing their contract and giving them the $150 deposit. I last spoke to them the day before my car was suppossed to be picked up, and then never again.
I was forced to leave my car in Florida (I already had plane tickets) in hopes that they would pick up my car a few days late, at the very worst.
Subsequently, Automobileship stopped answering phone calls and emails that I sent to them to try and get an estimate of when they would be picking up my car.
After two and a half weeks with no reply, I realized I had been taken advantage of. I went with another company who delivered my car within days.
I have tried to contact Automobileship several times since, but still no reply. The thiefs still have my $150 deposit!
