I did a lot of research when picking a company to transport my vehicle. The sales person at Rite Way was aggressive, but quick and responsive which I appreciated. After I signed the contract the responsiveness started to slow. When I had a problem, they completely stopped returning my calls and emails.
On the day my vehicle was to be picked up the driver called me for directions. Not only did he not have key information about the pickup, but he stated he would not pick up or drop off in a residential area. The addresses on the contract for pick up and drop off were residential locations and the sales person and dispatcher were aware of this. I tried calling the sales person and the dispatcher but they would not return my calls. The driver did not even attempt to pick up my vehicle.
I contacted Rite Way multiple times requesting a refund of my deposit. They would not return any communications. I eventually filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in which the company called me an idiot and a liar multiple times. I offered phone records and email correspondence as evidence that they agreed to the pick up locations and that the sales person guaranteed it was not a problem.
I would absolutely not do business with this company! Stay away!
