Made online appointment for service (headlight, radiator flush, air filter, oil change) on May 12th to be done May 19th 9am. Get online confirmation, so show up and told "yeah, see u in system, but can't do now, no mechanics today, just oil change guys." Well, thanks for not calling, but hey, things happen, so we agree I will be back today 9am. I show up... 8:55.. Not open yet. Walk in at 9, I explain to different guy. He never looks up and says 4 people ahead of you... HOW? Are ya just now getting to April appointments? This Mt Laurel shop is a total joke. I will never be back and will spend MORE to be treated correctly, that is how it works. Isn't THE POINT of online appointment setting to make it easier for both the consumer and the business? And if ya have my number, why not call and let me know you are unable to fulfill what you have promised to do. This place doesn't care about you, so steer clear and build a relationship with a local mechanic, even if costs a bit more.
