I recently bought a car from Drive financial (February). When I received my first bill I noticed that it wasn't the amount that had been financed.
I begin receiving constant phone calls at home and at work. I asked them not to call me at work and the lady asked if I would like the number taken off as contact I stated yes. The next day i received another fall call at work.
After making my first payment and receiving my second bill. I noticed that the amount owed was still more than the amount financed.
I call them and they stated that the first payment went toward my interest owed and that this payment would go toward the principal amount. But it's still more than financed amount.
I was talking with my sister-in-law and was telling her about it and she stated they had a car financed through Drive and had all kinds of problems. She said she wanted to sue them.
I was going to talk to my lawyer until I saw this information about Drive financial. I will be more than happy to stand with you all in a suit against Drive Financial.
Please count me in.
