I have been trying to contact Drive Financial for two months now. I have been unable to communicate with them via website due to no submit button. Each time prior to logging on... I would get a prompt that my information was incorrect although it was correct.
Since then I have tried to refinancie with "No's continuously" and trade-in with "no due to high loan amount". I was told after two years I could refinance at a lower rate. Car dealership refuse to use Drive Financial and look down when they hear you are financed with them. Seems there is a bad reputation for this company. My car is only worth half of my loan. So who is going to help me with this high payemnt and loan amount. I'm on a fixed budget. Seems I was really screwed and stuck.
