I have been with drive financial for two years now. I have made payments and the amount that was financed when i got the car was 12,499.00, that was in february. My current balance is 12,403. Oo. Out of these two years i have made 22 payments, and they are telling me that i have only made 96.00 towards my balance. I can't get a statement of where all of my payments have been applied to.
I have been spoken to rudely, i have been told to do want ever it takes to make my payments even if that means me getting evicted. They call all times of the day and night, sometimes every 10 minutes. Something needs to be done. I would like to be apart of the class action lawsuit. Please someone contact me and let me know what i need to do!
