Charge-off on paid-off car loan after accident ruined my credit

On 12-19-06 I was in an accident which my car was financed thru Drive Financial. The car was paid off but Drive Financial claimed I still owed them wrote it as a charge off it ruined me and my credit badly. Saturn of Amarillo lied to me where the car was being financed thru Drive Financial ruined it all!
