I bought a truck from Carl Black Ford Co. Here in Summerville Georgia. I paid $400 down. They did not say anything to me about going out of business or closing down.
Approx. A week later, they called me and told me I had to bring the truck back. I asked them why. They said because the bank refused me because on my check stubs there was child support being taken out. I told them they knew that when I bought the truck. They still said the bank said to bring the truck back.
Well I took the truck back a couple of days later. Then I got my mother to call them the next day and ask them about me getting my $400 back. She talked to Guy the man that done my application.
He told her that he would find out and call her back. He didnt that day so she called him back the next day and he said he forgot to call her back.
He told my mother that they were closing down the next day and that I would get a check from Atlanta Ga. Thats been a week ago.
