Do not trust earl stewart toyota with your deposit down on a purchase - it means nothing!!!

I made an internet deal on a specific 2006 Tundra Double Cab X-SP at EARL STEWART TOYOTA. I received the vehicle details along with the final pricing then we agreed to the sale which included my trade-in at which time this dealer took my $250.00 deposit for the deal. Once the deal was closed EARL STEWART TOYOTA sold this vehicle right out from under me.

About EARL STEWART TOYOTA's sales staff...

EARL STEWART TOYOTA's dishonest salesman Gregg RIGHT OUT LIED to me about selling my vehicle and tried to cover his lie up by telling me that he just forgot to order the bedliner for my truck so it would be a couple more days before he'd have the bedliner installed. His Sales Manager JASON STEWART (one of the owner's son's) broke the truth to my wife making apologies and stating he'd make it right.

To make matters worse!!!

After waiting over three weeks I was then informed by another one of the owner's sons JOSH STEWART that a vehicle came in to replace the vehicle that was sold out from under me. But come to find out it didn't have all the options mine had, it was missing the bedliner. I told Josh that I expected an exact replacement for the truck we agreed on WITH THE BEDLINER. But instead I was informed by yet the owner's third son STU STEWART that I'd have to accept THIS replacement vehicle, as this was the best they were going to do.

And get this CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

STU STEWART then stated that I could either take THIS replacement truck or the deal was off. I stated that I expected an exact replacement for the truck which we had agreed to already WITH THE BEDLINER plus I expected compensation for the THREE PLUS WEEK DELAY and all the aggravation that I had been put through over this. I then stated that I not only wanted the bedliner that was in my original truck, but also wanted compensation of a OEM Toyota bugshield and their dealership to cover the $100 courier delivery charge to get the vehicle to me and pick up my trade-in.

Well, needless to say after this EARL STEWART TOYOTA has not returned any more of my emails or phone calls regarding this transaction. The best I could do say the best I could do was to turn EARL STEWART TOYOTA into the Better Business Bureau which I have since done.
