2.5 years after I moved out of the Mr Earl L Perser apt @ Stewart Place, White plains. I am still waiting for the security deposit ~$ 3000, I had paid when I move in. Originally he claimed that he had to redo the whole apartment and gave me receipts with fishy address and names including the address of Yonkers, NY Boys and Girls high school. He claimed all the contractors he hired where not licensed but they charged twice more than the quotes I got from licensed ones.
Few months back he agreed to pay $2300 in front of White plains Small Claims court Judge. As he defaulted the court issued a Judgement against him. He is yet to pay me.
