Purchased wheel well molding and rocker panels for 1995 Lexus SC 400 and the parts didn't fit. I was very clear about the year, make and model of the car when ordering and was assured the parts would fit. Got authorization to return the parts and packaged them better than they were when I received them. Took them to the local Post Office and got them insured and returned them. I didn't hear from the rep for over a week, so I called her and she stated the parts were seriously damaged and a refund was not forthcoming.
I explained the parts were in perfect condition when I mailed them and that they were insured and that I wanted her local Post Office to verify the damage. She said she wouldn't do that. I contacted my local PO Supervisor and he said she would have to present the package to the local PO for damage to be assesed. I told him the rep refused to do it and I was told that the PO could do nothing without the package.
