I wake up on Monday morning and my truck has been stolen. I call the police and fill out a report. I then call my insurance agency and report the truck stolen.
Well I find out later that day that my 7 month old truck has not been stolen but repo'd. I call Triade and find out the they have my payments three months behind. So by then i'm really mad.
I have made all my payment's I explain to the rude lady. She dosen't care she tells me that I have to send $2100 to the company. My car payments for three months dosen't even add up to that. That amount dosen't even include the impound fee's.
I don't understand how you can just take people's money like this. So now I have to find all the statements and then what. I am so mad I could spit fire.
Why is it that I had to call California just to try to get in contact with Illinois. Something has to be done about this company.
