Ripoff Fraud Theft

I had called triad and they said I was 2 payments behind and i set up a payment with them the next day they took my truck. No problem I went and got another one. How ever the never sent any info or letter about repossession and the refused to return personal property out of my truck they would not call me back or tell me where it was being held they sold the truck no everything that was in the truck my personal property has been destroyed there were 2 laptops and stuff from my sister funeral but I have found out that it is illegal to destroy or hold or refuse the return of personal property and I was told to got to the county court and get an attorney
