Ripped me off, took my downpayment and forced to surrender the purchased vehicle

Hello,

My name is Robert and I had been, unfortunately, a customer of Beaverton Nissan, Beaverton Oregon, 97005.

First of all, this dealership is ran by Arabs, I am not sure what they are exactly, Pakistanis, Iranians or alike, but I had a precious chance to have a nerve wrecking conversation with the owner - Najub (I believe I spell his weird name right, a bald, sleazy-looking, sly male in his late 50's)
So, the intro sounds already too appalling, isn't?
So, I had a trade in, which was a bit higher in price than the car I was going to buy from Beaverton Nissan.
They agreed to pay off the amount I owed on my trade in if I buy from them their vehicle.

At the time of signing of contract, I did not realize that the vehicle they offer me (pre-owned) was prices way too high accordingly to Blue Book value. My fault.
Anyway, I got the car and left my trade in in their possession.

They asked me for $5000 as a downpayment. I said that I could not provide such a big amount of cash, and offered $3000. Then, the sales manager agreed to receive $3,000 and we seal the deal. This was done in 10 minutes.

A week later I get a call from Beaverton Nissan, telling me that they are going to process my $3,000 check and will need $2,000 (!).

I am telling my Arabic friends that I can pay only $3,000 and nothing more. They tell, due to the price of the car, they can't accept less than $5,000. I hang up.

Silence... For a week.

I check my bank account online and see the check for $3,000 is processed and cashed by Beaverton Nissan. Very next day I get a call from Sales Department of their. A rude female tells me that I have to return the purchased vehicle back to them, as the lender did not accept my loan (the bank they work with).
You think it's a simple coincidence? Nope.

I am shocked, going to see those ugly faces, angry and frustrated, ready for a dirty talk.

The owner (a bald unpleasant muslim - scum) tells me this:

You are not being approved through our bank, we want this deal to be withdrawn. It was your fault that you did not agree to pay $5,000 as a downpayment. THEREFORE you have two options - to pay off this new car in FULL in 3 days OR get back your trade-in and we keep your $3,000 downpayment. You chose. Whatever you do, we have best lawyers and they will get more off you if you want to pursue legally. The Muslim threat.
I tell that I am not going to do either way.

The story is still continuing. The hearing will be held on December 13th.

Go, check yourself this dealership, very sleazy, ugly salesmen, very disprespectful, greedy policy, they simply DON'T CARE about you, THEY NEED YOUR MONEY.

I don't know what to do. I am deeply appalled!
