After purchasing a vehicle from Concord Nissan, I received a certified letter rescinding the contract, and asking for the immediate return of the vehicle. They were unable to obtain financing.
I returned the vehicle within two days of receipt of the letter. The vehicle was in the same condition as when I drove it off the lot, "reasonable wear and tear excepted." While they were in possession of my trade-in vehicle, it was vandalized. The stereo removed, and much of the center console as well. I would expect they return my vehicle to me in the same condition, as I did their vehicle.
The only offer they have made me, is to give me a check for the amount I would have received towards the new vehicle. I settled for an amount less than what I might receive if I were to sell it on my own, on account of receiving a new truck. As stated on the back of their sales contract, I should receive my trade-in vehicle back.
