Mehdi Arabzadeh - Corrupt salesman conned and cheated me on final price hidden in unclear paperwork at dealership in

After over 3.5 hrs and arriving at an agreed sales price for a new vehicle, I offered my car as a trade in. Arabzadeh and I agreed on a $900 trade in value.

I was there 4.5 hours, it was 9:30 pm when I completed the paperwork. As a disabled senior citizen, I was exhausted and not feeling well and in tears off and on while signing the paperwork. I asked the financial person about the bottom line, he mumbled something to me about being unsure of the final price for taxes in Washington, that was why it was different than I thought it should be. The way the paperwork lists charges, it is extremely confusing. I believe that the contract itself could be considered unlawful considering the way the numbers are listed in such an unclear manner.

I worked out the numbers at home and discovered that the contract showed the final price I paid was $900 more than the price agreed on, $900 is the exact amount agreed on for the trade in. Arabzadeh listed $1000 for the trade in, which confused me at the dealership, but the price for the vehicle was $900 more than we had agreed upon in the final analysis. Hard to explain here, very crafty work.

I called, talked with Arabzadeh, he said the sale was final and refused to correct the contract. I talked with his manager, who also refused to help me. I have contacted Nissan Corporate, it took many weeks to find a contact number. After many more weeks of missed phone calls and Nissan Corp not responding at times I said I would be available, I was told that the corporate office cannot help me because each dealership is an individually owned business.

I have written verification of this experience by a witness, a salesman who was new there and observed the entire process. He quit working there a few days later due to the dishonest and corrupt business practices at that dealership.

The next step for me is legal action. I would appreciate information that might help. Beaverton Nissan and Medhi Arabzadeh should not get away with cheating people.
