In May of I purcahsed a used vehicle directly from the Toyota dealership. 5 months later my battery dies, the main drive belt is super cracked, and all of the tires are worn, with only 5 months of me having this vehicle. I've tried calling toyota customer service directly but this was no help, all they did was tell me to go to the dealership direclty. I did do that and the manage is either never there or too busy to return any phone calls.
Then I find out from a representative at Toyota that this vehicle has had problems even before I bought it, they have it on file that it was in for service. Which no one decided to tell me.in general dealing with these people has just been a terrible experience.
