Dear Sirs,
We have a 2009 Camry which we love but have one problem. The chrome on the backup camera and around the license plate bubbles and rusts after one winter. Toyota replaced it with another but it did the same thing. We have talked with several at Airport Toyota in Vandalia, OH where we bought our car. They keep referring us to someone else. We're tired of the run-around and need the problem solved. We have friends who have the good chrome on their Toyota and have no problems. We are responsible for two other Toyotas sold at this dealership and we do not feel that we are being treated fairly. My husband says he'll not buy another Toyota unless we are satisfied with their service. It's been months again and no response.
