My mother went to Econo Lube and Tune for work on the brakes on her car. They proceeded to sell her tow of everything and the bill came to $900. Then they promised to have her car finished and ready at a certain time. It didn't happend. They then said they didn't receive the parts yet.
We told them to put back the parts that were on her car whne she brought it in, and then they lied even further and said they had turned those parts in to the parts company for new parts. When I went there to make them put the old parts back on, I told them they were full of shit because you don't give up the old parts UNTIL you receive the new ones!
They called the Phoenix Police on me and so I told the Police what this business was doing. They then parked one of their cars behind my mother's car so she couldn't tkae it. IF THIS COMPANY HAS THE BALLS TO CALL THE POLICE ON A CUSTOMER'S FAMILY - DO YOU WANT TO USE THEM?!?
I see that this company has been fined for over $250,000 for fraud. Wanna still use them? They were fined in California. It's on the web - go to auto repair rip offs, look for the news on this company.
