I worked At PT's once, granted there are some great techs that do work for the "company".. But then, I'd beware, of some of the repair work that the "company" does preform.
They DO NOT keep many parts "in-stock" and most parts that are aquired are from most likely from advance or auto-zone, then marked up 3X plus labor.
I worked for a "manager" that could talk the pants off a virgin, so too speak, only interested in sales and not the customers problems.
Sale on maintance is the motto. As for the brake problem thing with Calipers, I've seen new Calipers sold on cars with only 26K miles on them because they were "bad"... I'll be checking back and will tell more horror stories that I can tell alot of, included also any about "Jiffy Lube"
