Ripoff unnessary repairs, left hanger on vechile caused more damage Kalamazoo, comstock

I went to Lentz cause my brakes were grinding on friday nite, they were the closest so I called them and they said they would see me sat. Morning. I arrived sat morning and they took my van for a test drive, they came back and told me that I needed rotors and pads, and that I would have to pay for the brake line to be flushed since they were working on the brakes. Sounded normal to me, paid 435.00 for the whole thing.

Van ran fine for 3 days. Took it back because it started makeing this rubbing sound everytime I turned left or right, the lentz guy came out the one who fixed it the first time, and said I might know what the problem is, he grabed his hand around the pass and drivers tires and came out whats called a "hanger" (something they use when they fix vechiles) opps, he says I left it in their. No problems they said, sent me on my marry way..

No, thats not the end yet. It started squeling everytime I stopped a day later, I again took it back. They looked it over. The gentleman than came out and asked me how much I wanted to pay, I in return said nothing. He told me I needed new calibors, I had melmium insurance, so it was covered so they charged them for the bill. I came back another time, for the same thing and the same manager told me this time, that the brakes were over heating like I ran an indy race, and that I needed a new master cyclinder. He agreed that it would be free due to the number of times I went their and how much I have spent so far.

I took it in on the day we decided, and they replaced the master cyclinder for free, we were also under agreement that new pads would be put on for free also. But after the master cyclinder was on, he came out and told me that their was a problem, he didn't have pads for my vechile and that he couldn't put his order in until monday, it was friday, and that he wont get the part in until wendesday. I asked him why did we agree on the time and date and then him not have the parts? He said his computer had told him that he had pads on the shelf and he didnt. I drove the van home and it squiled evertime I put on the brakes and started making a ginding noise.

I called the shop back and he told me that their was nothing he could do till wendsday, I told him that last time they had parts run in, and he told me that since the pads were still under the 30 day warrnty that he couldn't do that unless I agreed to have it fixed without the warreny. I said nope that I have paid enough and asked if I could take it to another lentz shop, he said yes and asked me which one I told him westnedge and he told me no problem, he would let them know I was coming.
Well he didn't.

I showed up their and they had no idea I was coming, but they were alot nicer and made me feel better than the other company. They replaced the brake pads and told me the other shop shouldnt have let me go without putting pads on it, and that if I would have waited till wendesday, their would have been alot more damage. He also took me for a test drive and told me that a bar underneath the van was cracked (he called it a roll bar, which keeps the van from tipping) when I asked him if the other place could of picked it up wrong and caused the problem, he replied I cant answer that.

But this Lentz service doesnt take my millium insurance, so here I am trying to find another auto shop to take my vechile to, and not get ripped off... By the way I have a 2003 Dodge Caravan SE with 45,000 miles on it, do you really think all this brake work needed to be done?
