I was recommended to this repair shop ON AUG 6,10 and was assured that they would use Toyota brake pads. This shop put ceramic brake pads AND DAMAGED MY ROTORS on my 2008 Toyota Camry. My car sound like a plane is landing and my brakes squeezing when your getting ready to make a stop. This shop damaged my car and it's dangerous to drive my child aroung in my car due to them not fixing my car correctly. I asked them did they put Toyota pads on my car and Carlos's son said sometimes we do it depends on the circumstances. "asked him what does that mean" He said we put ceramic brakes on Toyota sometimes... Knowing that it would damage my car they put the ceramic brake pads anyways. Because, I knew my car would start making noises if your ceramic brakes padsthat why I asked them to put Toyota parts on my car instead of ceramic brakes pads. But no one never listens to me everyone wants to do whatever to my car and get away with it. They also sharped my rotors down incorrectly on both tires and never corrected. I went to that shop on three occasions and the problems never got fixed. Carlos's son lied and told BBB that I went somewhere else and got my car worked on and that was a complete lie. My car is still making noises and the brakes and rotors are damaged to this day. I will not ever go back to that shop nor will I recommend anyone to go and their car fixed. They wont give me back my money or fix the problems. They need to take that BLESSED sign off their building because there isn't anything BLESSED about that place in fashioning sharp or form.
