I needed my brakes done, and this company was conviently located down the street from my work, being a single female going into an automotive repair shop you have to be careful, so I trusted these guys.
I needed my brakes repaired, and I left my car there, they called me and said I needed lots of work, my charges would be around $350.00, they would replace brake shoes, brake pads, rear cyclinders, turn rotors, etc. I picked up my car, and paid them the amount they wanted.
While driving it home, I could still heard the same noise I took it in for, and my brakes did not work as well. So I took it back 2 days later, and the guy test drove it and said it was fine just needed some adjustments.
Several days later they still did not feel the same, so I took my car to another shop and had them look at it, and when they took my tires off my old parts were all still on the car, with the exception of the front brake pads. Not to mention they forgot to tighten a few bolts that held my rotors on. So I paid 350.00 for front brake pads, and when I called them to tell them that I will be reporting them, the manager said he couldn't care less.
