Capitol One Auto Finance, Plano, Texas, made an unauthorized, electronic bank draft from my personal checking account. The check they used was made out to another company.
I have copies of the electronic draft they used and where the identification number on the transaction is supposed to be is all o's.
I talked to several represenatives of the company, and each one agreed that is was an illegal transaction. Only one person, a male represenative found the amount they illegally withdrew, and he said that it said the amount was non - refundable.
All other represenatives, all females, told me they could not even find the amount, nor was it credited to my account... This happened last year about this time, and no one seems to want to help me. I sent two certified letters and faxed the information to Capitol One, three different times, and I still haven't been able to solve the issue.
I am a single woman, 58 years old, making my own living. I am a christian, therefore, I do not lie or steal, and I certainly detest liars and thieves. Capitol One is both, a liar and a thief.
And it makes me wonder how many other hard working people they have stolen money from.
