We had went on a whim to look at some new cars, not expecting to purchase anything, but one weekend in early October we entered the Southwest Kia Dealership in Southern Dallas County to just look not buy but look at vehicles for sale.
From the moment we turned into the lot, the salesmen, and i use that term loosely looked like a bunch of mad, insane, starving, sharks pointing to cars as they pulled in, and yelling and screaming to us PULL IN OVER HERE HAHHAHA!
Once we got out of the vehicle it was almost like 20 salesmen descended upon us and I thought we were really going to be attacked! We made our way to the door entrance, and one of the salesman said "come this way". We entered and sat down at a circular table and there was music playing, almost like a carnival atmosphere, (you know when you go on the miday at the county fair, the guy who says " Step UP Step UP, 3 tosses for a Buck) comical actually. The salesman said " Lets see what we can do for you" today. We said we were only looking, so he said "if we could just get some basic information we can find out exactley what you can qaulify for".
I submitted my social security number, and name address, and work information. The salesman took the info and quickly disappeared to the Financial Crook behind the Front Pulpit (Almost a Wall) of Shame. The salesman said " "Cmon lets go see what kind of car your wife wants" laughing almost with glee like, " we have you now'.
We then went outside and looked at the vehicles placed oddly enough 20 feet from the side door. This is a great car", he said, " The best on the lot". It was a 2006 Kia Spectra. We then proceeded to take a short test drive and although it handled ok for an econo box, which he said was fully loaded, hahah, not really the seats were uncomfortable as hell, and the puny motor in it purred like a cat with a hair ball caught in its throat. We made the block and the salesman said "Lets get you financed today ".
Now the fun was just about to really begin. The salesman pulled out a piece of paper and drew and made lines dividing it into 4 sections. You know the old 4 square sells scam. He said " What would you like to pay, and your intrest rate if we could get it for you today". I wrote in the box the rate and what i wanted to pay. This didnt matter at all, because they had already pulled my credit report thru my Social Security Number and knew exactley what I qualified for.
This scam went on for almost an hour, people were starting to leave the dealership because it was late now, and all the salesmen were joking around and laughing by this time the smells eminating from their bathrooms to the dealership floor room were horrible as well. We were finally shuffled into a small office were a " financial expert" said we would qualify me at this APR rate and price. I said " No that is too high". He left and said he was going to resubmit it to the head liar in charge of their criminal finance department, some fat guy who looked like he was part of the mafia.
They came back with a number that was fair and we said "YES we can except that". So then the first criminal finance manager leaves us in the office. He shoots his head back in and tells them and the salesmen " They GOT THE CAR! HAHAHAHA They immediatley start preping the car for disposal to us, and washed it! And took off all the bill of lading stickers even! Remind you this is before we ever signed a contract, to purchase the car! HAHAHAHA. They were so desperate to get rid of that piece of crap they already had it sold and out the door! Without a signed contract hahahaha. so, the first financial criminal says " all the banks are closed this late" youll have to come back " the oldest lie in the book! HHAHAHHAH." Go ahead and take it home" I was hesitant to take it home, even though i had never signed a contract agreeing to anything., and they werent even concerned about insurance on the vehicle! HAHAHAHAH. They Even took our trade in and gave us 1,000 bucks and we didnt even have the trade in car with us! HAHAHAHHAH, plus they gave us another 1,000 bucks incentive and we told them we would even give them another 1000 in cash later on, HAHAHHAA.
The next evening we returned to finalize the deal. We were shuffled to another back office where another financial criminal (the first criminal had the nite off) started to work on the contract. He said that " KIA FINANCING WOULD PICK UP THE CONTRACT, AND THE APR WAS SET IN STONE" Nothing could be changed i signed the contract and agreed to the terms as shown. This was the final deal, no other contractual agreements were ever mentioned to us, And The White Collar Criminal Officer stated that " We didnt have to do Anything Else" the car was Ours" "Enjoy It". We even purchased the extended warranty, 100,000 mile at an additinal cost to us! We did leave the trade in and applied a thousand dollars cash toward the purchase also.
Almost 20 days later I recieve a phone call from the Snake Salesmen on my voice mail saying " We need you to come back up here and sign some paperwork" The original deal didnt go thru". Of course this is the oldest scam of all. Its called SPOT SELLING. They were in a hurry to balance their crooked ledger and make their sales numbers jump they financed a car on lies and LIED LIED LIED LIED FROM START TO FINISH. What they do is make you think you purchased the vehicle at the Rate and Financing You Agreed to with their White Collar Finance Criminal who even Signed off on the document! And it clearly states "
This document once signed becomes a legal biding contract". I guess they dont know what a " CONTRACT IS", they have a crony come in and shuffle you from criminal to criminal using the jedi mind trick to make you think you just bought a new car! HAHAHHAHAH. I wonder how many poor unwitting fools this has happend to who just come in to look, or see about a vehicle in their den of lies and deceit.
Be leary of every piece of paper. They will show you some white documents, in them it states that the deal is not final till they say so even if they signed. And kia financing doesnt respond to it for almost 20 days, when there is a clause which states they have 24 hours to notify you if the financing agreement falls apart!" hahahhaha what fools! What ignorant fools! They are! They just voiolated their own notification policy! Hahahahhahah, they knew 20 days prior kia rejected it!
So, if you have so-so credit, you sign your Signature and Their Criminal Officers Signature was signed but, its just all make believe, like the LAND OF OZ. YOU REALLY DIDNT BUY THE CAR, WHAT YOU DID WAS ALLOW THEM TO SHOP THE APR AND MONTHLY PAYMENT OUT TO OTHER LENDING COMAPNIES! They make enormous profits off this type of criminal behavior because the higher the APR the payments the higher the profit for them! BASICALLY, they had agreed to KIA FINANCING, SIGNATUTRES INTACT BY CRIMINAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT. Magically then YOUR NOT APPROVED, YOUR CREDIT IS WEAK, ETC ETC.
These Criminals were aware of the credit history before i signed ANYTHING. Everyone of them lied from start to finish. 20 days later kia says " sorry we cant do the deal"? What a bunch of b.S. Even the head Snake said " NO PROBLEM" YOUR APPROVED You have the Car!" HAHAHA.
When I recieved the Voice mail from the ugghh, and i hate using this word "salesman", it really degrades salespeople, associating KIA SNAKES with decent ones who dont use deception and fraud and trickery. When Went back up to the LIARS CLUB, and Waiting Almost an HOUR! For one their White Collar Criminals To come out and show us the quote " New Terms".
Finally the Original Financial Criminal walked up to The table we were sitting and stated that " The original deal fell thru, KIA wouldnt finance you", but we found a new comapny and the rates will stay the same " end quote. Hahahahaha. We went back into his office and he said that the new company would pick up the contract when we resigned and that because of certain credit issues the APR RATE AND MONTHLY PAYMENT WOULD CHANGE! 5 minutes ago he said that NOTHING WOULD CHANGE UNDER THE NEW CONTRACT (HAHAHHAHAH, WHAT LIARS) They must think people are really stupid. I said " excuse me sir, i have a signed contract from your criminal financial officer", he said he was unaware of any contract" and that " he didnt know anything about it". Hahahahah what a liar. I said " sir, here is the contract which i signed and agreed to and your criminal financial officer agreed to" do you want to read it? He said " no because that deal fell thru and you signed a waiver saying that everything was conditinal upon credit approval". I said " EXCUSE ME SIR, BUT I HAVE A SIGNED DOCUMENT A CONTRACT WHICH STATES THAT YOUR OFFICEER AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ACCORDING TO THE CLAUSE YOU HAD JUST SHOWN ME THIS CONTRACT SUPERCEEDS IT! Is there a lawyer in the house! (WHITE DOCUMENTS)
You see they hide these documents from you after you think you have the car, because later they will use them against you. Basically it states what I said earlier, " WE CAN CHANGE ANYTHING " WE WANT. However, If you notice carefully the document signed and dated by the CRIMINAL OFFICER makes this a BINDING CONTRACT WHICH CANNOT BE SUPERCEEDED " BY ANY OTHER WRITTEN OR ORAL AGREEMENT" HAHAHA. That being said, The Financial Criminal tells us, that " That contract is void, KIA WONT FINANCE, we had to use another lender". Bullsh... ARE THESE PEOPLE DUMB? Did i just read him a disclosure for nothing? I then asked him, " what are the new contract terms?" then. Remember he told us at the table " Nothing would change", the rate will stay the same just a different lender" less than 5 minutes ago".
The Criminal Finance Liar then states " The rate will be 17% at 333 dollars a mo.!" HAHAHAHA he just stated it wouldnt change". I said " excuse Me sir, thats not what i have a signed contract agreed to" I then told the Liar, that we would not agree to any new contract, and that we will not sign any other documents". Also i told him that " I want my trade in vehicle and 1000 dollar down payment back", He said " OK and then left and tracked down the Lying Snake Salesman, and said " Get that Car back to them, and refund their money".
We then get told after he exits the room and comes back that their " Chief Financial Criminal had left" and that we would have to come back in Monday to get our trade in and down payment back" I stated to the Criminal Agent that " You will not get the Kia back untill we recieve our vehicle and our money" He said " FINE" and we proceeded to leave.
As we left this horrifying experience, and I have bought several new vehicles in the past, and reflected upon the treatment at the other dealerships and said to myself" HOW THEY HELL DO THESE PEOPLE STAY IN BUSINESS?" TO LIE FROM THE TIME YOU ENTER TILL YOU LEAVE TO A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER. As we left the Orignal Snake salesman came outside to us, and said " IM SORRY For what Happend" I said SURE YOU ARE. He then said We could pick up our trade in and a check on Monday. I said " Make sure you have both on Monday" He said " OK".
