Ugly Duckling - Drivetime
Need advice on a problem i'm having with them ripoff

In 2001 I bought a 1998 Nissan Altima from Ugly Duckling AKA Drivetime. About a week later a friend noticed my car was leaking oil, so I called them and made an appointment to fix the problem, a couple of days later I get pulled over and of course get a ticket because Ugly duckling didnt do something right with my tags and of coarse I had to pay for my tickets, so when my car "got fixed", they said they would cover the cost because i had payed my ticket and spent my own money.

Well later on my car left me on the highway stranded at night, wouldnt start anymore, so I had to get my car towed back to my home. As soon as I could I called them again and said that I needed to get my car fixed again, they said they would send a tow truck to pick my car, well 1 week went by and no sign of them, so I called them and they told me the tow man couldnt find my house, ok he said we'll send him again.

2 weeks have gone, no sign, they said still couldnt find my house. Finally after 1 month went by I told them to come pick up their piece of CRAP car and that I did not want it anymore. I needed my car to go to work and at the time I was a single mother and needed my car fixed. Well i ended up buying a newer car and much more reliable.

Of course then started the harassing phone calls that I better pay. So I moved and didnt hear anything for about 2 yrs, but they found my new address and phone # and started harassing me again. Now I need advice because a few days ago I got a letter saying drivetime was sueing me, well a place called MIDLAND CORP. That is with DRIVETIME is sueing.

CAN they do that? I thought it would just go to your credit report. Anyone with advice or in my situation with drivetime. Please respond. Do not buy from drivetime. They rip you off. Harass you, then want to sue you for something you dont have and they probably auctioned it off made money and still desperate for more money
