DO NOT DEAL WITH WFS Financial. I paid this vehicle off on the 21st of September and have yet to receive the title of the vehicle and was told I would have it by the 1st of October and it is now two weeks later and I still don't have it and the new owners are waiting for it. I called last week and was told that that if I could "prove" that the checks had cleared then I could get it sooner and that the title would be sent to DMV and I would get it from them two or three weeks later. Is there a lack of training / eduction here? I called another lady in CA who told me "No that's not true" it will sent to you directly. Uh... Are we not being trained properly? I was told that the title would be released on the 10th and now almost another week later and still don't have it. They are holding the title of a vehicle that I have paid for. Do NOT deal with these people. Read all the reports about them and you will see for yourself.
